has Trade Marked a Fixed Broadband service known as CyberWave®
to make available for interested Resellers desirous of delivering
a Broadband solution within their market area. Unisyn will
assist Resellers of CyberWave® in all aspects of marketing
and delivering CyberWave® as the premier quality Broadband
service to residential and commercial subscribers. Qualified
Resellers will receive assistance in management, marketing,
engineering, design and deployment of CyberWave® along
with various financing options to allow the Reseller to begin
a Fixed Wireless Broadband service in the least possible time.

Option 1 assumes that Reseller contributes 100% of the Fixed
Wireless Cost and pays for the marketing and remote management
of CyberWave® to be calculated at 2% of Broadband Subscriber
income.
