Unisyn provides complete Network Management to it's customers on a remote access service. Once connected to the Unisyn NetManager®, Providers are able to review and retrieve wireless WAN reports that provide information on the following:

1. Layout Report- Complete wireless WAN network layout showing all Access Points within in the coverage area. This Report also shows the potential customer base analyzed from the Demographic Study.
2. Traffic Report- This Report shows the amount of bandwidth traffic moving through the network. This Report will analyze throughput demands corresponding to customer sales revealing potential shortages and excess unsold bandwidth.
3. Utilization Report- This Report will show current bandwidth utilization and highlight bottlenecks within the network. This Report will also interface with Provider's other bandwidth users and project future bandwidth needs based on historical bandwidth usage.
4. Cost Analyses- This Report will provide the user with an ongoing cost analysis of the Network as new Access Points, Subscribers and other Equipment needs are added to the Wireless WAN.
5. Frequency Interference Report- This Report will analyze competing frequencies within the 2.4 and 5.8 frequency ranges on a continual basis allowing the user to determine Signal to Noise Strength within the network. This Report will also analyze competing frequency users to determine maximum bandwidth potential within a cell area effecting sales.
6. Cross-Platform Report- This Report will provide the user an equipment analysis on each type of equipment being used within the network and the protocol being used to determine interface requirements.

Unisyn is also actively working with the IEEE 802.16 Working Group on Broadband Wireless Access Standards to promote a standard protocol for all wireless equipment.
